Peach Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box Signature Spice Cake Mix
• 1/3 cup flour
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup oil
• juice from peaches and enough water to equal 1 1/3 cups
• 5 medium peaches peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
• 2 to 3 tbsp. sugar depending on the sweetness of your peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350* Add peaches and sugar and let set for 30 min. in seperate bowl combine flour and cake mix. Strain juice from peaches and measure out 1 1/3 c. Add water/juice, eggs and oil to cake mix Beat 2 minutes, Add peaches and fold in gently. pour into greased and floured bundt pan Bake 38 to 45 minutes. Cool
