Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 cups cored, sliced tart apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 pie shell
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (6 oz pkg) Butterscotch morsels
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Comine lemon juice and apples. Stir in sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Pour into shell. Put foil around edges. Bake for 20 minutes.
Topping:
Melt morsels and butter over hot water. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and salt. Blend until mixture forms large crumbs. Remove foil from pie. Crumble mixture over pie. Bake 25 minutes more.
