• Brownies:

• 5 5 5 Tbsp. sugar
• 3 3 3 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 3 3 3 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup flour
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped almonds
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup crushed chocolate-covered pretzels
• to cream or ice cream, to garnish
• to sauce, to garnish
• Cream Cheese Swirl:
• 2 2 2 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
• 2 2 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 1 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. flour
• Directions:
• Cut cream cheese brownies and serve with whipped cream or ice cream and chocolate sauce.
