Ingredients

- 10-ounce package of chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon extract (peppermint, almond, etc.)
- Nuts
- or dried fruit
- or candy bits

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate chips in microwave (set at 50% power for three minutes, stirring halfway through- watch carefully so as to not scorch chocolate). Add the vegetable oil and extract. Stir in nuts, dried fruit or candy bits and spread it out in a baking pan lined with greased foil. let it harden in refrigerator for about two hours; then break apart into pieces.
