- 1 roast
- 1 package baby carrots
- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom
Make a thin water gravy. Add roast, carrots, potatoes and gravy mixture into crockpot. Cook on high for 5 hours.
Heat grease in skillet. Add flour and stir until a tan color. Stir in water making it very thin. Add mushroom soup.
