Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 package Ramen Noodle soup
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 pkg flavoring from ramen packet dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons dales marinade
  • 1 tablespoon seasame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt, pepper, brown sugar, and sage

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and take off burner
Add one package of ramen noodles broken up and without the flavor pack to the water and let sit not more than 2 minutes. Immediately drain and keep in cool water.

While the ramen noodle is in the hot water, mix together your sauce ingredients and put to the side.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Add diced onion and cook for two minutes or until they start to caramelize. Drain ramen noodle and add to the skillet and cook for two minutes. Add 1 tablespoon oil if needed, otherwise add in the cabbage and carrots and sauce. Cook until sauce has thickened. Serve hot
