Christmas Crunch Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup M&M’s
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

To make the cookies, preheat oven to 350. Beat together the butter, vanilla extract and egg in a large bowl.

Add all other ingredients and stir until well mixed (dough will be crumbly).

Drop rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until puffed and golden.
