Sour cream coffee cake

Ingredients

• 2 stick butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 4 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs and the blend the folloiwng ingredients.

Pour half the batter into an angel food cake pan.

Mix cinammon and borwn sugar and chopped walnuts.
Sprinkle on top

Pour the rest of the batter and then finish the topping.

Bake at 350 for one hour
