Ingredients

  • ) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ) 1/4 cup sherry
  • 3 ) 7 ounce package of thin spaghetti
  • 4 ) 2 (8 oz.) canned mushrooms or 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 5 ) 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 ) 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
  • 7 ) 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ) 2 cups sour cream
  • 9 ) 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 10 ) 1/2 cup chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Break spaghetti into 1 inch pieces. Cook and drain. Cut chicken into chunks. Saute mushroom in butter. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put in a large buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8 to 12
