Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 cup bisquick
  • 2 ) 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 ) 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 4 ) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 ) 2 tablespoons oil
  • 6 ) 2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken (cut-up)
  • 7 ) 1/3 cup milk

Step 1

In gallon bag, combine bisquick, salt, paprika and black pepper. Shake to mix well. Pour oil into oblong 9x13 inch pan. Dip chicken pieces into milk; drain. Place 3 to 4 pieces at a time in bag to shake, coat thoroughly. Place chicken skin side down in oblong pan. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Then turn chicken pieces and bake another 25 to 30 minutes.
