Ingredients
- 1 ) 2 pounds hamburger Edit Delete
- 2 ) 1 onion, chopped Edit Delete
- 3 ) 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice Edit Delete
- 4 ) 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained Edit Delete
- 5 ) 1 small jar mushrooms, drained Edit Delete
- 6 ) 2 cups frozen cut green beans Edit Delete
- 7 ) 2 cups celery stalks, thinly sliced Edit Delete
- 8 ) 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced Edit Delete
- 9 ) 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced Edit Delete
- 10 ) 1 teaspoon dried oregano Edit Delete
- 11 ) 1 teaspoon dried basil Edit Delete
- 12 ) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Edit Delete
- 13 ) 1 teaspoon salt Edit Delete

Preparation
Step 1
In dutch oven, cook burger and onion until done and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
