Ingredients
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp each hoisin sauce, ketchup, lemon juice & seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp molasses or honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 cups shredded napa or green cabbage
- 1/2 cup each carrot and red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Seasoned rice vinegar, to taste
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Step 1
Spray grill with cooking spray and preheat barbecue to medium.
In a small saucepan, combine hoisin sauce, ketchup, lemon juice, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, red pepper and cilantro; toss with several sprinkles of seasoned rice vinegar.
Place chicken on the grill and brush with sauce. Turn and brush frequently with sauce until chicken is richly glazed and juices run clear, 12 to 15 minutes.
Divide cabbage mixture and mound on 4 dinner plates. Top with chicken breast. Sprinkle with green onion.
