Ingredients
- 3 green onions-sauteed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 3 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup applesauce
- 3 Tbs brandy
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup brandy, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except apricot preserves and 1/4 cup brandy, together.
Put in top of crown pork roast and bake at 325 until pork is done. Baste with 1 jar apricot preserves and 1/4 cup brandy occasionally.
Pour remaining 1/4 cup brandy in pan, heat and flame.
