Ingredients
- 4 Baking Potatoes (2 1/2 pounds)
- 2/3 c. Flour
- 6 c. 2% Milk
- 1 c. Cheddar Cheese (and more for top)
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 c. Sour Cream
- 3/4 c. Green Onions
- 6 Bacon Slices, cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook potatoes until done (c 1 hour).
2. Peel and coarsely mash.
3. In pot, add flour and milk.
4. Then stir.
5. To prevent lumps heat until thick.
6. Add potatoes, cheese, salt, and pepper.
7. Stir until cheese melts.
8. Take off heat.
9. Add cream and 1/2 cup of onions.
10. Put in bowls, top with cheese, bacon, and onions.
