  • 1 1/4 lb boneless pork butt (shoulder), cut in 1-in. chunks
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes in purée
  • 1 packet beefy-onion soup mix (from a 2.2-oz box)
  • 2 Tbsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp snipped fresh dill

Step 1
