Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Frankfurters
- 2 Washington Winesap apples cored/sliced
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups Sauerkraut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup Chablis wine

Step 1
Melt butter; add frankfurters and apple slices and cook over low heat, turning occasionally for 5 minutes. Add undrained sauerkraut, salt and nutmeg. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add wine and mix well. Cook 5 minutes. Serve piping hot.
