Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can Crushed pineapple in juice Undrained 1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding
- 1 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 9" Prepared shortbread pie crust
- 1 8 oz Pineapple slices cut in half
- 8 Cherries
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, instant pudding and sour cream. Mix well. Spoon into pie crust. Decorate with pineapple slices and cherries.
Chill for 2 hours.
