Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 tbsp. of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tbsp. of milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Filling
- 2 lbs. ricotta
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs beaten separately
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon rind

Preparation
Step 1
Crust
Mix all ingredients together. Roll out pie crust and top in pie plate with 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips.
Filling
Mix all ingredients well and pour into 10 inch pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
