Swordfish Steaks Broiled

Ingredients

  • Butter with herbs of your choice
  • 4 swordfish steams, 1 inch thick (6 ounces each)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix butter.

2. Preheat broiler. Place swordfish on rack in broiling pan. Spread 1/2 tsp. butter on each side of each fish steak. Place pan in broiler, 4 inches from heat source.

3. Broil swordfish, without turning, until just opaque throughout, about 8 to 10 minutes.

4. Spoon pan juices over fish to serve.
