Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

1- Oven on 400

2-Place 1/2 c of butter in 9 x 13 baking pan and place in the oven while preheating (this will melt butter)

3-Place flour, milk, eggs, and salt in blender and blend til there are no lumps, a smooth creamy batter

4-Remove the 9 x 13 pan from the oven an pour the prepared batter into the pan

5-Return the pan to oven and cook approx 15 min. The pancake will expand up around the sides of the pan and should be a golden color
