Ingredients
- 1-2 cups high water fruit/vegetables (grapes, oranges, watermelon)
- Add banana, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, peaches, pears, apples (cored), pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, mangos, kiwi, papaya, etc.
- Add sweetener if necessary
- Protein power if desired
- Powdered milk causes the smoothie to become creamy like a milkshake OR low-fat yogurt.
- 1-2 cups ice
