Ingredients

  • 5 c.. Corn Chex or Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 c. oyster crackers
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm Cheddar Goldfish
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm Pretzel Goldfish
  • 2 oz. whole grain Melba toasts, broken into 1/2 inch
  • Pieces (about 1c)
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce (see note)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

Step 1

Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and heat the oven to 250 degrees. Comgine the cereal, oyster crackers, Cheddar Goldfish, Pretzel GOldfish, and Melba toasts in a large bowl.

Cook the butter, oil, hot sauce, lemon juice and Old Bay in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until fragrant and the butter is melted, about 1 minute. Drizzle the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss until well combined.

Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking shwet and bake, stirring every 15 mintues until golden and crisp, aobut 45 mintues. Cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. SErve. (the snack mix can be stored in an irtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.)
