Ingredients

  • 1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate instant or cook-and-serve pudding and pie filling mix
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • Whipped Cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped creme de menthe thins
  • Fresh mint leaves or creme de menthe chocolate candies, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pudding mix and half-and-half in a medium bowl. Prepare according to package directions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Just before serving, spray a generous dollop of whipped cream into each of 4 stemmed dessert glasses. Top each with 1 teaspoon chopped candy and 1/4 cup pudding. Repeat layers.

Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves or candy.
