Step 1
juice of one lemon = 2-3 Tablespoons
juice of one lime = 2 Tablespoons
3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic (garlic powder) = 1 medium clove = 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Dry herbs are 3 times stronger than fresh herbs, so substitute 1/3 the amount of dry for fresh (as long as they'll be cooked)
