Almond Ham Roll-ups

Ingredients

• 1-8 oz. Cream cheese
• 2 T. Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. Minced onion
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp. Dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp. Paprika
• 1/8 tsp. Pepper
• 1/8 tsp. Hot sauce
• 1 T. Finely chopped toasted almonds
• 1-12 oz. pkg. Thinly sliced boiled ham

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except ham, stirring until blended. Spread 1 T. mixture on each ham slice. Roll up jelly-roll fashion, starting on short end; wrap in plastic wrap and freeze up to one month.

Thaw at room temperature one hour before serving. Cut each roll into 3/4" slices.
