Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup finely minced green onions
  • 1/2 cups finely cut broccoli florets
  • 1-8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) crystallized ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for a few hours to blend flavors. Serve with any choice of crackers. (May be made the day ahead).
