Beef Rub

Ingredients

• 3 - TBS. Paprika
• 2 - TBS. Salt
• 2 - TBS. dried parsley
• 2 - tsp. onion power
• 2 - tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• 1 tsp. dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp. celery salt
• can add 1/4 cayenne pepper if desired

Preparation

Step 1

To make marinate


use 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBS. Balsamic Vinegar
2 TB S. Veg. oil

Mix together

Marinate meat for one hour, then add rub and cook meat as directed.
