Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast, butterflied
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 stick butter
- olive oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar/cooking sherry
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat each chicken breast in flour. Fry until golden brown.
In a bowl mix together maple syrup, vinegar/cooking sherry and water. Set aside.
In a pan with olive oil and butter , saute onions and mushrooms cooking until soft. Add vinegar/cooking sherry stirring until soft. Add cranberries.
Pour mixture onto chicken breasts.
Bake covered for 1 hour.
