Ingredients

  • 1/4

    c fish sauce

  • 2

    T peanut oil

  • 2

    T soy sauce

  • 2

    T lime juice

  • 2

    T minced garlic

  • 2

    stalks lemongrass, finely minced

  • 1/4

    c cilantro, chopped

  • 1

    T ginger, finely chopped

  • 2

    T sugar

  • 2

    t sesame oil

  • 1

    can tamarind soda

  • 1

    flank steak (2-3 lbs) cut into small steak sizes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Put in flank steak. Marinade 2 hours or more (can do the night before for stronger marinade flavor). Cook flank steak on grill until desired temperature.
