Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Rich and creamy. Very good.

Ingredients
- Base: - 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tblsp. peanut butter
- Top: - 1 - 8 oz. brick of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 large container of cool whip
- favourite chocolate sauce

Step 1
Base
*Mix all ingredients together and press into 9x13 pan.
Top
*Cream cheese and sugar together.
*Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.
*Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well in between.
*Fold in the softened cool whip and pour over the crust.
*Heat 6-8 tblsp. of chocolate sauce and drizzle over the top of cake
*Swirl with a knife to make pattern.
*Put in freezer for at least 1 hour.
*Remove 15 - 20 minutes before cutting into and serving.
