Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 1/2 tbs evoo
- 1 tbs white balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbs golden raisins
- 1/4 c pecorino romano cheese
- 1 tbs chopped parsley

Step 1
preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread the cauliflower on large rimmed baking sheet.
Drizzle w/ 2tbs evoo and vinegar. Season with s & P and toss well.
Roast for 40 mins. until tender
Transfer to bowl.
Small skillet, heat remaining 1/2 tbs of oil and raisins and cook over mod heat, tossing until hot, 1 min.
Add raisins to cauliflower, sprinkle w/cheese, parsley and serve.
