Lobster Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 lb. cream cheese
• 24 oz. cheese sauce, preared or canned
• 3 qt. milk
• 1 Boursin cheese wheel
• 1 lb. grated parm cheese
• 8 oz. chopped shallot
• 1 lb. lobster meat
• 2 lbs. cooked pasta

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy saucepan add shallot, milk , boursin, cream cheese and cheese sauce.
Simmer 20 minutes

Cook pasta & drain & rinse, preheat oven to 425.

Add cooked pasta & lobster to cheese sauce

Pour mac & cheese into oven proof casserole dish. Sprinkle with parm cheese & palce in hot oven 5 - 10 minutes until top is golden brown
