Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baking potato peeled
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 lb. Ground round
  • 2 tsp. Chili powder
  • 2 tsp. Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
  • 1 10-oz can Refrigerated pizza crust dough

Step 1

Place potato in saucepan & cover with water. Boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 mins til tender. Drain and cool.

Preheat oven to 350

Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat til hot. Add onion, saute 4 mintes. Add meat, cook til browned, stirring to crumble.

Combine chili powder, oregano, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Stir into meat mixture. Remove from heat. Add potatoes and parsley, stirring just til combined.

Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; pat dough into a 14x10 inch rectangle. Spread meat mixture lengthwise over half of dough, leaving a 1 inch border. Fold the remaining dough over meat mixture, tightly seal edges.

Bake loaf at 350 for 25 minutes til golden. Let loaf stand 5 mins. Cut loaf into 8 pieces, and serve with SWEET & HOT KETCHUP
