Crispy. Taste ok without egg.
Batter will stay in shape while baking.
To have flatter cookies while baking, just add a few tbsp water to the batter.
Reduce sugar.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar (I used 1/2c sugar + 1/4c Molessa sugar)
- 1 egg
- vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl, cream 1 stick of butter with 3/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add 1 egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Mix in 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp baking soda.
4. Add 1 cup slivered almonds and mix using a whisk or a wooden spoon.
5. In the end add 1 cup of chocolate chips. I used 60% cocoa.
6. Heat the oven at 350F. Meanwhile place spoonful of cookie dough on baking trays.
7. Bake for 13-14 minutes.
