French Dip-Beef

Ingredients

  • 3-6 lbs. Boneless beef, any cut
  • 3 cans beef broth
  • 1 pkg. Onion soup
  • 2 cans or bottles of beer
  • 2 t sugar
  • 1 t minced garlic (fresh or dried)

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in deep covered baker and cook covered at 200-250F at least 6 hours, until meat shreds and is very tender. Serve on favorite buns.
