  • 4 MED. CARROTS
  • 4 MED POTATOES
  • 2 TBSP PARSLEY

Preparation

Step 1

POUND FLOUR,SALT AND PEPPER INTO STEAK
BROWN IN OIL - ADD SOUP,WATER OR BROTH,
CARROTS,POTATOES - COVER - BAKE 1 1/4 HOUR
AT 350 F - UNCOVER - BAKE 15 MINUTES -
TOP WITH PARSLEY
