Ingredients
- 1 pkg,. (9 oz) refrigerated cheese or spinach ravioli
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 2 tea. roughly chopped fresh sage
- 6 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. shaved parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook salted butter and chopped fresh sage 4 minutes, or until butter is foamy, stirring occasionally. Using slotted spoon, remove sage; discard sage.
Add white wine. Cook 4 minutes or until slightly reduced. Add cooked ravioli; toss gently to coat. Cook 1 minute or until heated through
Sprinkle with shave parmesan cheese.
