Fried Mustard Cube Steaks

This is a cinch to make, but looks like you fussed. Instead of dijon, you can use regular mustard, hot and spicy mustard or your favorite variety.

Ingredients
- 1 jar (10oz) dijion mustard
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 6 beef cubed steaks
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable bag, combine mustard and water, add cube steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and discard mixture.
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Dip steaks in flour mixture. In electric skillet, heat 1/4 inch of oil to 375 degrees f.
Fry steaks, two at a time, for 3-4 minutes per side or until crisp and lightly browned. Remove and keep warm. Repeat with remaining steaks.
