• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 box Stove Top Stuffing mix, any flavour
• 1 cup chopped ham
• 1 cup chopped vegetables such as green peppers, onions, frozen mixed vegetables
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix eggs with milk in a 9" square, greased baking dish. Stir in dry stuffing mix and remaining ingredients. Bake 40 mins.
