Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 9 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and line with wax paper 8 inch square baking pan.
In small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate, stirring til just melted.
Scrape chocolate mixture into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. I use a spoon. No need for mixer.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out with few crumbs. Better to underbake than overbake!
