Ingredients
- 1 large can peeled, whole tomatoes, drained (save juice for another recipe)
- 1 small can tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 of a lime, juiced
- 1 to 2 tbsp chopped, fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 roma tomatoes, seeded & chopped
- Optional - cumin, ceyenne pepper, cumin, pressed or chopped garlic

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all ingredients in the food processor except the fresh tomatoes.
2. Pulse until all ingredients are blended.
3. Mix in the chopped roma tomatoes to give salsa some chunkiness.
4. Refrigerated and enjoy!
Can also keep some of the onion out of the food processor to add later with the tomatoes if preferred.
If salsa is too runny, drain in a colander.
