- 1 cup Orange-flavored liqueur
- 1/2 cup Superfine sugar
- 4 tsp. Bitters
- 4 cups Chilled club soda
- 2 bottles (750) Chilled champagne

Step 1
Combine liqueur, sugar and bitters in a punch bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Just before serving, add club soda and champagne.
Float strawberries on top.
If doubling recipe - mix no more than one at a time otherwise champagne will go flat.
