Marble Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups Flour
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 cup Margarine
• 2 cups Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 1 cup Coffee rich
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda
• 3/4 cup Chocolate syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix flour and baking powder and set aside
2. Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg
4. Mix coffee rich and vanilla in separate bowl
5. Add coffee rich mixture alternately with flour to the egg/margarine mixture at low speed
6. In a separate bowl blend chocolate syrup and baking soda
7. Grease pan and put in 2/3 of batter
8. Pour chocolate syrup into remaining batter
9. Pour that into the cake tin and cut through with a knife
10. Bake at 350 for and hour and 15 minutes
