Snickers Bars

Ingredients

• Layer 1
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp confectionary sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 large egg yolk
• Layer 2
• 2 cups store bought caramel cream
• 1 1/2 cups roasted salted peanuts, chopped
• Layer 3
• 7 oz bittersweet chocolate
• 1/2 stick margarine
• chopped roasted salted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

mix layer 1 in mixer.
press into 9x13 and chill 20 minutes in freezer
bake @350 for 20 minutes
combine caramel and peanuts
spread over first layer and freeze
cut into bars while slightly frozen
melt chocolate and cover bars
freeze
