Ingredients

1 can Apple Pie Filling
1 boxed Yellow Cake mix
Applesauce or Apple Butter
Cinnamon & Nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Spray bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Spread pie filling in pan. Mix cake mix according to directions substituting same amount of applesauce or apple butter for amount of oil called for in mix. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. This part can take some experimenting. Substituting the applesauce or apple butter for the oil makes this a lower fat version.
