Ingredients
- 2 # lamb, trimmed
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3-4 potatoes (cubed)*
- 3 carrots (sliced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 c beef broth
- 10 oz frozen peas (do not thaw)
- quantity for thickening

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare meat and veggies.
2. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
3. 15 Minutes before serving, add frozen peas.
4. Thicken gravy further, if you wish. with flour/water mixture. Cook another 10-15 minutes.
Serve with Irish Soda Bread.
