  • 2 # lamb, trimmed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3-4 potatoes (cubed)*
  • 3 carrots (sliced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 c beef broth
  • 10 oz frozen peas (do not thaw)
  • quantity for thickening

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare meat and veggies.
2. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
3. 15 Minutes before serving, add frozen peas.
4. Thicken gravy further, if you wish. with flour/water mixture. Cook another 10-15 minutes.

Serve with Irish Soda Bread.
