Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 lg. eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped & toasted pecans
  • frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 15 x 11 jelly roll pan. In med. saucepan, melt butter over med. heat. Whisk in milk, cocoa, water, and eggs. Bring to boil over med. heat, whisking constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, and baking soda. Pour butter mixture over sugar mixture, whisking to combine. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 mins. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows and pecans evenly over hot cake. Pour frosting over cake, spreading w/ knife. Let cool in pan completely. Cut into squares to serve.
