  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 oz mushrooms
  • 1/14 cups grated cheese
  • 4 slices bacon

Cooking time 70mins

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs with half and half.
Scramble over medium heat in butter.
Pour eggs into a buttered 3 quart casserole
Spread soup over the top
Add mushroom and bacon

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to reheat -- uncover and bake at 250 for 60 - 90 minutes
