Salmon with Mustard, Tarragon and Chive Sauce 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 6 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 6 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
  • 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 lb whole side of salmon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450.
Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Spread salmon with 1/2 cup sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast about 15 minutes.
Serve with remaining sauce.
