Ingredients

  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cubes chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.
Mix everything but the salmon to form a paste.
Pray baking pan with cooking spray.
Rub salmon with spice mixture.
Spread chopped tomatoes around fish and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes.
